Participants

Participants are the users you are having conversations with via SMS or Voice.

Phone numbers

Each participant is identified by a phone number. We store the phone number in Till and generate a participant_guid that can be used to query results and other meta data.

Both results and stats are connected to participants. This allows for filtering over multiple projects.
